Music

I recently heard this Isaac Watts hymn put to a fantastic tune at St Judes. It turns out that the new arrangement is from these folks over at Indelible Grace Music.

My soul obeys th' almighty call,
And runs to this relief
I would believe thy promise, Lord;
O help my unbelief!
To the dear fountain of thy blood,
Incarnate God, I fly;
Here let me wash my spotted soul,
From crimes of deepest dye.

I'm fairly immune to music, but the words and tune intersected in such a way that it gives me a lump in my throat every time I hear it.
